We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, from North America to Europe, Asia, Africa, or any other corner of the globe, Shakeshy will deliver to your doorstep.

Delivery times vary depending on the warehouse:

Overseas warehouse: 3-7 days.
China warehouse: 7-20 days.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us immediately before the item is manufactured. You can email us at help@shakeshy.com or contact us here. Any issues with your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

We understand the importance of privacy. All Shakeshy shipments arrive in plain brown boxes with no indication of the contents, ensuring your privacy is protected.

If you need to cancel an order, notify us immediately before the item(s) are manufactured by emailing help@shakeshy.com or contacting us here.

Each order is custom-made, and once manufactured, it is difficult to resell. Canceled orders are typically destroyed, resulting in a 50% restocking fee if canceled after manufacturing but before shipping. Unfortunately, if the product has already shipped, we cannot provide a refund.

Notify us immediately if you want to change your order. If the order has not yet been customized, we can assist you in canceling the original order and placing a new one. If customization has already begun, modifications are not possible.

If your order has not shipped, we can update the shipping address directly. If it has shipped, you should contact the destination post office to change the delivery address. We will also monitor the tracking information for you.

Some email services with content filters may block our emails. If you used a .edu email address or mistyped your email, you might not receive our notifications. Please contact us at help@shakeshy.com with your correct email address so we can update your order information.

All Shakeshy toys are handcrafted from 100% medical-grade platinum silicone, a non-porous, high-temperature resistant material. This makes them easy to clean and hygienic. You can wash them with soap and water or boil them in 90°C water for about 3 minutes.

We recommend using water-based lubricants with Shakeshy toys. They are easy to clean and safe for use with our products.
